The latest COVID numbers present a grim picture for Americans, as the U.S. leads the world by far in deaths per capita. As you can see below, according to the latest tracking data from Johns Hopkins University, the U.S. case rate per million is far above that found elsewhere, with a rate more than 7 times that found globally — and by comparison, 3 times as much as Canada and twice as much as that found in the United Kingdom. We are indeed headed towards that “dark winter” Dr. Anthony Fauci has been warning us about, and unless dramatic action is forthcoming, the strain on our health care system and the toll in terms of lives lost will be unimaginable.
